This growth was driven by the positive performance of its Oncology and Nuclear Medicine businesses, as well as by the strength of its international operations, particularly in Latin America. The company accelerated its growth rate during the half-year, with revenue growth rising from 6.3% in the first quarter to 12.3% in the second.
The positive performance of the business was also reflected in the group’s key profitability indicators. EBITDA reached 9.3 million euros, representing a 21.3% increase compared to the same period last year, with growth accelerating from 15.4% in the first quarter to 24.1% in the second. Excluding accounting effects, EBITDA growth exceeded 44%. Gross profit reached 32.7 million euros, up 6.6% from the first half of 2025. Atrys also reported a significant improvement in its cash generation capacity. Operating cash flow increased by 191.5% compared to the same period last year, reaching 7.2 million euros, driven by the growth in EBITDA and the streamlining of investments, which totaled 2.1 million euros during the first half of the year.
The company also strengthened its financial structure following the sale of ASPY, which was completed in January 2026 for 145 million euros. As a result, net financial debt fell to 35.4 million euros, down 79.2% from the end of 2025. This deleveraging process led to a €4.4 million reduction in financial expenses compared to the first half of 2025. The company is also making progress in restructuring its debt to align it with the needs of its 2026–2028 Strategic Plan.
Marian Isach, CEO of Atrys, stated: “The first-half results reflect a stronger, more efficient company with a greater ability to translate growth into profitability and cash generation. The positive performance across all our geographic markets -with particularly strong results in Latin America- confirms the strength of our business model and the potential of our international strategy. Following the significant debt reduction achieved this year, we are entering a new phase with a more balanced financial structure and a focus on continuing to grow profitably in our strategic business areas”.
Strong Growth in Oncology and International Business

Meanwhile, Nuclear Medicine posted revenue growth of 10.6% and a strong 135.4% increase in EBITDA, driven primarily by robust performance in Portugal.
By region, Atrys has posted positive results across all its markets, with Latin America standing out for its growth (+26.1%). Mexico has been one of the main drivers, with a 151.1% increase in revenue, fueled by the consolidation of the medical oncology business and the expansion of the network of medical oncology centers.
