Floatation on the stock exchange and the start of collaborations in oncology
A year after our incorporation, we are listed on the BME Growth (MAB) market and begin collaborations with large healthcare groups, such as in advanced radiotherapy oncology with Grupo Recoletas.
Integration of ITH and Llebalust. Agreement with Sanitas for the creation of the IAO
We began our growth with the acquisition of the telecardiology company ITH and Llebalust, one of the leading providers of anatomical pathology in Spain. In addition, we created the Institute of Advanced Oncology (IAO) at the CIMA hospital in Barcelona together with Sanitas.
We continue to grow with the integration of Real Life Data, Teleradiología de Colombia, and Instituto IMOR
We began our foray into the area of Smart Data applied to healthcare with the integration of Real Life Data, a leading company in this sector. We also began our entry into the Colombian market with the acquisition of the company Teleradiología de Colombia. The acquisition of the Instituto IMOR makes us a major player in radiotherapy in Spain.
Acquisition of ITMS, Axismed, and ICM
We continued our expansion in Latin America with the integration of ITMS, a telecardiology and teleradiology company based in Chile, becoming a world leader in the Spanish-speaking telemedicine industry. We strengthened our presence in Latin America with the acquisition of AxisMed from Telefónica, one of the most important Brazilian companies in population health management. We also acquired the Instituto de Estudios Celulares y Moleculares (ICM) in Spain, a leading genetic and genomic diagnostics laboratory, in order to further our focus on precision medicine.
Acquisition of Aspy, Lenitudes, and ROAG
We take a 360º view of health, which is why we strengthened our prevention services with the acquisition of Aspy, one of the leading companies in occupational risk prevention in Spain. Our expansion continues, this time in Europe, and we enter Portugal and Switzerland. We acquired Lenitudes, a leading Portuguese company in diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy oncology. We continue in Switzerland with the integration of Radio-onkologie Amsler, a company with two expert centres in high-precision radiotherapy in Basel, a European health hub.
Acquisition of Bienzobas, Initia and ChileRad
We boosted our precision medicine business with the acquisition of the medical oncology company Bienzobas, which has a growing presence in Mexico and Portugal, Initia Oncología, a Spanish company specialising in precision oncology and clinical trials, and ChileRad, a Chilean company specialising in teleradiology.
