Atrys Brazil has been recognized as one of the best companies to work for after receiving the prestigious Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, one of the most valued international awards in the field of organizational culture.
This achievement reinforces the company’s commitment to people and confirms the positive impact of a culture based on collaboration, active listening and human development.
Tiago da Costa Vieira, CEO of Atrys Brazil, proudly highlights some of the data that enabled Atrys to receive this certification, “more than 90% of Atrys Brazil’s workforce is proud to be part of the company, and 96% say that Atrys promotes an inclusive and fair environment. This recognition symbolizes what we have been building together in practice: a culture that is lively, collaborative and consistent with our day-to-day work”.
For her part, Leide Gomes, People area manager at Atrys Brazil, says, “This certification confirms that every action, every detail we have taken care of over all these years makes sense. It shows that when we focus on people, with genuine attention and respect, results come naturally. GPTW is not a destination, it is confirmation that we are on the right path.”
Both the general director and the People area manager of Atrys Brazil highlight teamwork, process simplification and strategic alignment as essential actions for this achievement.
In this sense, they state that one of the pillars of this transformation has been the promotion of a more authentic and purposeful internal communication. Initiatives such as RH+ Participativo, launched in 2023, marked a before and after by opening real and constant spaces for dialogue, where teams and leadership could listen to each other, connect and build together. “More than an information channel, communication became a bridge that brought visions closer, aligned expectations and strengthened bonds” states Da Costa.
The GPTW certification reflects the collective effort and is a sign of Atrys’ commitment to creating more humane and enriching work environments for its employees.
