Santiago de Torres, founder of Atrys, has played a key role in the company’s growth and consolidation. As Chairman since 2016, he has guided Atrys through the key stages of its development, including its listing on BME Growth in 2016, its subsequent move to the Main Market in 2022, and its growth and internationalisation.

The Board of Directors has expressed its deep gratitude to Santiago de Torres for his enormous dedication and commitment since Atrys’s inception, as well as for his decisive contribution to the company’s development throughout its various stages.

Marian Isach will continue in her role as Chief Executive Officer of Atrys Health, retaining overall responsibility for the management of the company and the implementation of its strategy. Commenting on Santiago’s departure, she said: “Santiago has been a key figure in Atrys’ history. His vision, leadership and commitment have been instrumental in building and consolidating the company, and I would like to thank him in particular for his dedication and contribution to the project over all these years.”

Regarding the appointment of Anabel López, Isach added: “Anabel has closely followed Atrys’s development over recent years and has demonstrated her firm commitment to our project since joining the Board. Her knowledge of the company, together with her experience in management and corporate governance, will be of great value in ensuring the continuity of our project and supporting the implementation of our strategy in this new phase.”

Anabel López Porta holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a PDG from IESE Business School. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Ezentis and a shareholder representative on the board of Audax Renovables. Throughout her professional career, she has accumulated more than two decades’ experience in business management within listed companies, corporate transactions and governing bodies, operating in complex and international contexts.
