Recent experiments have also shown that Nilo1 recognises a subpopulation of cells in malignant gliomas of the adult human brain, and is able to inhibit neurosphere proliferation in vitro.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"module module__detail\" >\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text\" >\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"number\" >2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>leading research centres class=\"data\" >RTC-2015-3846-1<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"data\" >2015-2018<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"box box__right\" >\r\n\t\t\t\t<p>In order to successfully achieve the project&#8217;s aim, a consortium has been formed with the Biological Research Centre of the Spanish National Research Council (CIB-CSIC) and the Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in Nanoscience Foundation (IMDEA nanociencia).<\/p>\n<p>The project is co-funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, within the call Challenges-Collaboration of the State Programme for Research, Development and Innovation Oriented to the Challenges of Society, in the framework of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2013-2016, and by the European Regional
