Modelo predictivo – LBDCG

Predictive model in large cell lymphomas (DLBCL) through the application of Systems Pathology.

The main aim of this project is to confirm the association between MYC translocations and patient survival rates. Combining the results of multiple IF and BCL6 FISH and MYC in multivariate analysis to identify a robust phenotype associated with overall survival and disease progression in DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP. Multiple immunofluorescence study of new markers involved in tumour progression and resistance to treatment.
