eDCardio

Telemedicine for the detection and prevention of cardiovascular diseases

The main aim of the project is to achieve universal cardiology care through the development of a telemedicine-based multi-brand tool integrated into a multi-specialty telemedicine platform.

There is currently no solution capable of interpreting ECGs from different proprietary electrocardiographs, relating them to the patient’s medical history data, detecting and preventing diseases. The project aims to develop a tool that, without requiring any additional tests than those already carried out on the patient, is capable of preventing and detecting diseases through the automatic interpretation of ECGs. It will be a medical decision support system that will speed up diagnostic and second opinion procedures, as it will be interoperable, accessible from different platforms, and compatible with the PAS-HIS of health systems.
