Identification of the mechanisms of non-response to treatment in autoimmune diseases.

Despite the wide availability of treatments for autoimmune, inflammatory, and allergic diseases, response to therapy and disease progression is unpredictable and varies from patient to patient.

3TR is a transdisciplinary consortium that proposes multidimensional molecular analyses of multiple sample types collected through longitudinal surveys from homogeneously recruited cohorts of patients suffering from seven different autoimmune diseases. The main goal of 3TR is for, through a new taxonomy, new mechanisms of non-response to treatment to provide new therapeutic targets aimed at improving sustained remission in patients with inflammatory autoimmune diseases.

detailGrey

3TR is working to improve sustained remission in patients with inflammatory autoimmune diseases.

We propose a high-resolution multi-resolution analysis of individualised disease trajectories to facilitate stratification and identification of molecular patterns that better predict response to therapy and identify patients likely to relapse/flare-up or enter into remission.
